My name is L.B. Frola; I’m from West Chicago, IL.  I love hanging out with my family, listening to music, watering my house plants, and playing with my three cats.  I enjoy working with people and helping come up with solutions to any problem that pops up while I’m around.  I enjoy talking to people, there is always something to learn from people, and I like how people’s thoughts and ideas provoke new ways/perceptions of thinking about things.

I started this business because it’s part of who I am, and it’s what I like to do, help people. I started in the industry over 15 years ago, and since then, there has never been a dull day in the job. There is always tons to do, and as I mentioned above, I am always up for a challenge, especially when it comes to helping others.  The gratification one receives when an applicant is happy and looking forward to their future because of a connection you helped make is very fulfilling. Sometimes an applicant only needs a little extra help from an experienced source to help them get noticed when applying for work opportunities, and that is what we aim to do at Recruitablez.

I am starting this business because I love helping people, and turns out I am really good at understanding clients’ needs and expectations for their vacant positions and translating that information into job seeker terms. I want to be able to connect great workers with excellent career opportunities within a reasonable time frame and distance. Being locally owned will allow us to make a more significant impact on our clients and community.
