Direct hire, often referred to as direct placement, is the process of an employer engaging a staffing agency to fill a permanent long-term need. The candidate is recruited and vetted by the agency and then is placed directly under the employer’s payroll.
Basically, we find you the perfect employee and you hire them, then they are a part of your team and we are no longer part of the employment process. Think of it as an expert, outsourced hiring manager.
We offer two different direct hire recruitment options: contingency and engaged. Contingency is a fixed percentage fee per placement agreed before commencement, payable on the successful candidate’s start date. Engaged is a percentage of the agreed fee paid up-front with the remainder payable upon successful completion of the assignment.
